In Sept. we traded off our '05 Santa Fe for a '04 Yukon. We put $800 buy antibiotics online no prescription down and they rolled $2,000 over to our new loan. We thought the deal was all done, we signed all the paperwork for the financing. A week later, the finance company called and asked some questions about our jobs, income, etc. The next day the dealership called and said that the financing had fallen through and that they would try to get us new financing. Our credit is not the best, but now it is worse due to all the credit inquires from all the other finance companies. In the meantime, they sold our Santa Fe and paid off our loan with the old bank. It is four months since all this happened and we're not sure what to do now. The dealership has asked us for more money to put down on the new car, they have asked us to put put our completely paid off pickup down for collateral. The dealership is 150 miles away and we have driven there 3 times to get new in-transits. We have come to the point that we don't really even want the Yukon anymore. We have also asked them for our old car back and they keep putting us off by saying that we can work this out and get you financing. We're just sick of it all. Would someone let us know if we have a leg to stand on if we decide to go take them to court over this whole mess? Thanks!
