My boyfriend is interested in buying a used car. He wants a "project car" he's looking into a Nissan 240sx (manual of course) but we don't have money right now and need a car go get around. We would need to take out a loan, I have credit but he doesn't how would that work? and where would we be able to get the loan?

If you need a loan to pick up a $ 2000 project car you don't have the money to actually work on/buy parts for it. Do NOT finance him in any way for this car.
