ZHAOQING CITY, China----Jinhao Motor Company , a manufacturer of motorcycles, small engines and electric vehicles, today announced that effective on September 2, 2010, the Company closed the Securities Purchase Agreements for 6,857,204 units at a purchase price of $4.37496 per unit for a total of $30,000,000.
