What is pre approved auto loans?

Pre approved means , if a cars is worth $5000.00 and you went to the bank and asked for that loan and they said ok. Then you are pre approved for that amount. Your bank should give you a cashiers check for the amount you are asking for. You will then finance that amount back to the bank.
