Question by Travis S: does the truck loan follow me?
okay found a guy on craigslist says he has to get ride of his dodge ram 1500 becase of gas milage ( that is understable at this price) say he wants to trade for a truck with equal value of what he owes on the loan so he owes 4500... my truck is 4500 he wants to flat up trade, i drove it today was a great truck but i heard if i would trade him the truck for mine the dodges' loan would stay with the truck and all of a sudden i would be paying the mountly payments is this true?

No just make sure he doesn't sign the loan over
