Victim of a car finance quote miselling?

Hi, I took out a car finance package 2 years ago and have dsicovered only recently it is not the package I asked for.
Both my company and I believed it to be a PCP (Personal COntract Purchase) plan instead of a lease purchase.
The lease company I now believe pushes the lease purchase as there are no legal brake clauses in it.
I have proven this is the case by ringing anonymously for a PCP quote and again I have been sent a lease purchase heavily disguised as a PCP.
My question is ... where could I go from here? Would the FSA be keen to know about this?
My early termination policy is being examined at present but I fear buy online drugs that may be wriggled out of to.

No, you would need to highlight your particular issue to the finance house directly in writing and allow for a formal response from the company. You should keep copies for yourself and if, when they do reply you are still unhappy, you should be able to go to the financial ombudsman.

Its more likely that the FSA won't be interested in one complaint, if they get 200 they'll look into the issue, but that doesn't help you.
