Question by H.T.I.D: i bought a used car on finance from a dealer in the UK?
where can you go to complaine about a car dealer if you are not happy i dont want the car anymore i have already had to pay out £400 on repairs when i have had it only 6 weeks the dealer realy doesnt want to know i have several Generic pills complaints about the car but when ever i call the garage they dont answer and when i go in the manager is not there .what can i do i know i have to pay off the finance but until i get what i was promised i realy dont want to pay for this car i cant belive i am going to pay £3000 for this car when already not even 6wks from first getting the car i have to pay £400 on repairs it seem crazy .
what can i do any ?advise would be great
